摘要:

Monolithic perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells show great promise for further efficiency enhancement for current silicon photovoltaic technology. Most of the monolithic perovskite/silicon tandem cells demonstrated use a hetero-junction silicon (SHJ) solar cell as the bottom cell and on small areas only. Few works used the homo-junction silicon cells as the bottom cells for the tandem and only one large area demonstration larger than 10 cm2 which uses a SHJ as the bottom cell and achieved 18.0% efficiency on 13 cm2. However, homo-junction silicon cells currently dominate (~ 90%) the world market with a well-established industry process. Furthermore, large area tandem demonstration is also essential for it to be commercially relevant.

In this presentation, a simple structured and efficient monolithic perovskite/homo-junction silicon tandem solar cell developed by UNSW will be presented. By multiple optimizations, a steady-state efficiency approaching 22% on 16 cm2 has been achieved. Outlook for further reaching 30% efficiency, scaling up monolithic perovskite/silicon tandem solar cell to 6” × 6” larger area and commercial viability will also be discussed.

个人简介:

郑将辉,2011年本科毕业于同济大学材料科学与工程专业,2017年毕业于厦门大学光伏工程专业获博士学位。目前在澳大利亚新南威尔士大学光伏与可在生能源学院从事博士后研究工作,研究方向为高效大面积钙钛矿/晶硅叠层太阳电池。主要研究经历还包括零能耗智能光伏建筑设计与搭建、光伏工程技术经济计算软件的开发、建筑集成光伏直流微电网的搭建、暖白光LED及太阳电池用光谱转换材料的研究。2015年至今,在Energy Environ. Sci., ACS Energy Lett., Nano Energy, Joule, ACS Applied Energy Mater., Sol. Energy Mater. Sol. Cells等能源材料期刊上发表论文30余篇,共申请发明专利17件(授权10件),授权国家软件著作权登记3件。
